Introduced by Longines in 1957, the Flagship collection quickly became the brand's premier dress watch line. This 1967 Ref. 3318 was originally invoiced to Longines' Swedish subsidiary on April 6, 1967, as confirmed by its official Longines Extract from the Archives, providing documented provenance directly from the manufacturer's records.

This 35mm yellow gold-capped case houses a sunburst champagne dial with applied gold-toned baton hour markers, featuring black inserts at six, nine, and twelve o'clock. A winged hourglass logo sits beneath the Longines signature, with the cursive "Flagship" script and three printed stars above six o'clock. Luminous baton hands are accompanied by a central sweep seconds hand and a framed date window at three o'clock. The watch retains its signed crown. The screw-down caseback features Longines' iconic gold Flagship caravel medallion.

Powered by the Longines Caliber 345 automatic movement, part of Longines' innovative 340-series featuring an off-center perimeter rotor. Fully serviced and running well. During manual winding, an intermittent whirring sensation can occasionally be felt and heard. This does not affect timekeeping, power reserve, or automatic winding performance.

The watch presents in good overall condition. The case and crystal have scratches and scuffs consistent with age, but no major damage. The caseback's Flagship caravel medallion shows some loss of its original enamel.

Paired with a black Hirsch leather strap and fitted with a vintage Longines buckle.

Note: Each watch is photographed with a high-powered macro lens to highlight every detail. As a result, fine scratches or surface marks may appear more pronounced than they do to the naked eye.
