A 1950 Omega Ref. 2495-12 featuring a truly one-of-a-kind aged dial, transformed over decades into a richly oxidized stardust-like patina.
The 33mm stainless steel case houses what was originally a matte silver dial, now covered in an organic speckled patina throughout the surface. The printed Omega logo and Arabic numerals have taken on a translucent appearance, further adding to the dial’s unique look. Applied arrow indices are paired with dauphine hands and a sub-seconds register at six o’clock. The watch retains its signed crown.
Powered by the Omega Caliber 265 manual-wind movement, one of Omega’s most proven post-war calibers. Recently serviced and running well.
The case and crystal show scratches and scuffs consistent with age, but no major damage.
Paired with a black Hirsch leather strap.

Note: Each watch is photographed with a high-powered macro lens to highlight every detail. As a result, fine scratches or surface marks may appear more pronounced than they do to the naked eye.
